  1. Cup maida,rice flore half cup ,curd 1/4 ltr
  2. 1 cup ground nut,dri chana dol,4 fried chilles
  3. 1 tsp salt,half tsp baking salt,
  4. 1 tsp jeera ,oil as need

Instructions

  1. CURD 1/4 LTR,MAIDA 1 CUP,HALF CUP RICE FLOUR,1 TSP SALT,HALF TSP BAKING SODA
  2. ADD ALL THOSE IN ABOWL CLOSE LID LEAVE 4 HOURS FOR FERMENT
  3. ADD BAKING POWDER
  4. AFTER 4 HOURS OPEN LID,ADD JEERA 1/2 TSP,1TSP FINELY CHOPPED GINGER,CORIANDER
  5. FOR CHUTNEY::TAKE MIXY JAR PUT FRIED GROUND NUTS,DRI CHANA DOL 1CUP,FRIED CHILLIES 4,1/2 TSP SALT,JERA
  6. ADD WATER FORMAKING CHUTNEY TRANSFER A BOWL ADD TEMPERING TADAKA ON CHUTNEY MIX WELL IS READY TO SERVE
  7. HEAT OIL TAKE A BATTER MIX WELL
  8. TAKE A BONDA BATTER LEAVE IN A HEATED OIL
  9. FRI AS GOLD COLOUR IN MEDIUM FLAME INSIDE IT MUST BE COOK AND INCREASE SIZE ALSO..IF HIGH FLAME IT SHOULDN'T COOK INNER,KEEP COOK MEDIUM FLAME
  10. TAKE A BANANA LEAF SERVE MYSORE BONDA AND CHUTNEY GARNISH IT WITH HOT COFFEE...READY TO SERVE BREAK FAST PLATE
