Very Soft and melts in mouth Dosa. Famous recipe from Karnataka, served with chutney or khurma.

  1. 1cup rice
  2. 1/4 cup urad dal
  3. 1/4 cup poha
  4. 1/2 teaspoon fenugreek seeds

Instructions

  1. SOAKED RICE 1CUP, 1/4 CUP URAD DAL, 1/4 CUP POHA,1/2 TEASPOON FENUGREEK. SOAKED ATLEAST 5-6 HOURS
  2. GRIND SEPARETLY
  3. GRINDED RICE TO FINE PASTE
  4. NOW GRIND URAD DAL,POHA, AND FENUGREEK TO FINE PASTE ADDING LITTLE WATER
  5. GRINDED URAD DAL PASTE
  6. MIX RICE AND URAD DAL PASTE AND MIX WELL, ADD 1/4 TEASPOON COOKING SODA( OPTIONAL) LEAVE IT FOR FERMENTATION WHOLE NIGHT
  7. FERMENTED BATTER
  8. ADD SALT TO TASTE AND MIX WELL.
  9. SEE THIS SHOULD BE CONSISTENCY OF THE BATTER
  10. HEAT TAWA APPLY LITTLE OIL
  11. POUR BATTER ON TAWA DONT SPREAD THE DOSA
  12. YOU WILL SEE HOLES IN DOSA, ADD LITTLE OIL ON TOP, COVER WITH LID
  13. OPEN FLIP TO OTHER SIDE
  14. COOK BOTH SIDES
  15. SET DOSA IS READY TO SERVE WITH CHUTNEY
