  1. Dosa rice 1 cup
  2. Drumstick leaves with flowers 1 cup
  3. Salt 1 tsp
  4. Leftover rice bhath 1 cup
  5. Coconut gratings 1/2 cup
  6. Onion 1
  7. Water 1 ltr
  8. Cooking oil 1/4 cup
  9. Rava 1 cup

Instructions

  1. WASHED AND OVERNIGHT SOAKED RICE 1 CUP
  2. RAVA 1 CUP
  3. ONION 1, COCONUT GRATINGS 1/2 CUP
  4. DRUMSTICK LEAVES WITH FLOWERS 1 CUP
  5. LEFTOVER RICE BHATH 1 CUP, WATER, SALT
  6. GRIND SMOOTHLY
  7. ADD SUFFICIENT WATER AND CONTINUE GRINDING
  8. TRANSFER THE BATTER INTO VESSEL, ADD SOME WATER FOR WATERY BATTER, MIX WELL
  9. GREASE TAVA AND LET IT HEAT
  10. POUR THE BATTER, COVER AND COOK FOR 3 MINUTES IN MEDIUM FLAME
  11. FLIP FROM THE SIDES
  12. REMOVE AND SERVE
