Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 200 gm Channa dal / kadala parupu
  2. 200 gm Till seeds / black ellu
  3. 200 gm black split urad dal
  4. 200 gm red chilli dried ones
  5. Few tbsp gingelly oil
  6. Enough salt
  7. 4 tbsp aesofotida powder

Instructions

  1. ADD 200 GM CHANNA DAL / KADALA PARUPU INTO A PAN OF WITH 1 TBSP GINGELLY OIL. ROAST THEM UNTIL RED.
  2. ADD 200 GM BLACK URAD SPLIT DAL INTO A PAN WITH A TBSP GINGELLY OIL AND FRY UNTIL RED.
  3. ADD 200 GM BLACK ELLU / BLACK TILL SEEDS INTO A PAN WITH 1 TBSP GINGELLY OIL, AND FRY THEM NICELY.
  4. ADD 200 GM RED CHILLI DRIED ONES IN PAN WITH 1 TBSP GINGELLY OIL FRY UNTIL THEY ARE NICELY ROASTED.
  5. ALLOW THE CHANNA DAL, URAD DAL, RED CHILLIES AND TILL SEEDS TO WARM.
  6. THE RED CHILLIES ARE TOASTED UNTIL THEY ARE IN FINE BREAKING CRISP CONDITION.
  7. ADD THE RED CHILLIES INTO A MORTAR, ADD ENOUGH ROCK SALT, 4 TBSP AESOFITIDA POWDER. CRUSH COARSE.
  8. THE RED CHILLIES ARE NICELY CRUSHED.
  9. GRIND THE TILL SEEDS AND CRUSH THEM INTO COARSE MIXTURE.
  10. YOU CAN SEE FINE PORTION OF TILL SEEDS POWDER
  11. GRIND THE CHANNA DAL AND URAD DAL TOGETHER INTO A COARSE MIXTURE.
  12. THE CHANNA DAL AND URAD SEEDS GRINDED POWDER.
  13. MIX EVERYTHING TOGETHER. THE CHILLI FLAKES, TILL SEEDS POWDER, CHANNA DAL AND URAD DAL POWDER.
  14. MIX THEM VERY WELL.
