Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup gram flour
  2. 1 teaspoon flax seeds
  3. 1 teaspoon Carom seeds
  4. Salt as per as taste
  5. 1/2 teaspoon chilli powder
  6. 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
  7. 1 tablespoon oil
  8. 1 cup water
  9. 1 teaspoon chopped green chillies
  10. 1 teaspoon chopped coriander
  11. 1/4 cup capsicum
  12. 1/4 cup tomatoes
  13. 1/2 cup onions
  14. 4 pieces of multi grain bread slices

Instructions

  1. TAKE 1 CUP GRAM FLOUR, ADD 1 TSP FLAX SEEDS, 1 TSP CAROM SEEDS
  2. ADD SALT TO TASTE, 1 TSP RED CHILLI POWDER, 1/4 TSP TURMERIC POWDER
  3. ADD 1 TBSP OIL, 1 CUP WATER
  4. WHISK WELL TO MAKE A SMOOTH, THICK BATTER
  5. ADD 1/4 CUP CAPSICUM & TOMATOES, 1 TSP EACH OF FRESH CORIANDER & GREEN CHILLIES, 1/2 CUP ONIONS
  6. MIX THE WELL
  7. DIP BREAD SLICES IN THE READY BATTER & PLACE THEM ON A BUTTER- GREASED BAKING TRAY
  8. BAKE FOR 180 DEGREES IN A PREHEATED OVEN FOR 12-15 MINS
  9. ONCE DONE, ALLOW THE TOASTIES TO COOL A LITTLE, SERVE HOT
