Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Chicken Mince 500 grm
  2. Gg paste 2 tbsp
  3. Potatoes 2 grated
  4. Egg 1
  5. Salt & pepper

Instructions

  1. TAKE 500 GMS CHICKEN MINCE, ADD 2 TBSP GINGER-GARLIC PASTE
  2. ADD 1 TSP EACH OF SALT & PEPPER, 2 CHOPPED GREEN CHILLIES
  3. MIX WELL
  4. ADD 1 EGG, MIX & LEAVE TO MARINATE FOR 9-10 HOURS IN THE FRIDGE
  5. TAKE OUT THE REFRIGERATED MINCE, ADD 2 GRATED POTATOES
  6. ADD 1 TSP EACH OF GARAM MASALA & RED CHILLI, 1 TBSP EACH OF CORIANDER & CUMIN POWDERS
  7. ADD 4 TBSP BROWN BREADCRUMBS, MIX WELL
  8. TAKE A LINED BREAD TIN, BRUSH IT WITH OIL
  9. LINE THE BASE WITH SLICED POTATOES
  10. ADD HALF OF THE CHICKEN MINCE, PRESS DOWN GENTLY
  11. ADD 2 BOILED EGGS
  12. PLACE THE REMAINING MINCE ON TOP
  13. LINE THE TOP & THE SIDES WITH POTATO SLICES
  14. THE MEATLOAF IS READY TO COOK
  15. SWITCH ON THE GAS FLAME, PLACE 3 METAL RINGS ON TOP, PUT THE BREAD PAN ON TOP
  16. COVER & COOK FOR 25-30 MINS ON LOW HEAT OR TILL DONE
  17. ALLOW THE LOAF TO COOL A LITTLE, CUT INTO SLICES
  18. TRY IT, IT'S DELICIOUS
