  1. 1 cup rice
  2. 1/2 cup jaggery
  3. 11/2tsp ghee
  4. 1 tsp till seeds
  5. Cardom powder 1 pinch

Instructions

  1. 1 TSP TILL SEEDS,11/2 TSP GHEE,1/2 CUP JAGGERY,1 CUP RICE SOAKED AT OVER NIGHT,1/4 TSP CARDOM POWDER
  2. STRAIN RICE TRANSFER INTO MIXY JAR
  3. GRIND IT NICE FINE POWDER TRANSFER TO A BOWL
  4. MAIN FLORE ID READY TO COOK..HEAT THE PAN,ADD JAGGERY
  5. ADD 1/4 CUP WATER,GHEE
  6. KEEP STIRRING IT COMES MUST 2 STRING CONSISTANCY
  7. CHECK THE SYRUP INTO WATER BOWL,
  8. ADD CARDOM POWDER,RICE FLORE
  9. KEEP MIX WELL ADD GHEE
  10. MIX WELL THROUGH HAND MAKE SOFT DOE
  11. TAKE A SMALL DOE COAT WITH TILL SEEDS, TAKE HAND PRESS PUT PLATSIC COVER APPLY GHEE ON BOTH SIDES
  12. KEEP MIDDLE OF THE DOE CLOSE AND PRESS IT
  13. OPEN TAKE ARESALLU
  14. HEAT THE OIL PUT ARESA INTO OIL FRI AS GOLD COLOUR
  15. TAKE OUT AND PRESS EXCESS OIL COME OUT
  16. READY TO SERVE TILL ARESALLU TRADITIONAL SNAKS
