Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 1/2 kg raw mango pices
  2. 2 cups sugar
  3. 1/2 cup water
  4. 1 pinch citric acid
  5. 1 pich yellow food colour
  6. 1/2tsp elaichi powder

Instructions

  1. CUT 1/2 KG MANGO IN SMALL PIECES AND TENDER COOK IN STEAM .
  2. KEEP ASIDE FOR COOLING.
  3. WE HAVE 2 CUPS MANGO PIECES SO TAKE 2 CUPS SUGAR AND 1/2 CUP WATER.
  4. PUT SUGAR IN A PAN. ADD WATER AND BRING A BOIL.
  5. MEANWHILE CRUSH 1 PINCH CITRIC ACID FOR PRESERVATION.
  6. WHEN SUGAR DISSOLVES COMPLETELY, ADD COOKED MANGO PIECES
  7. WHEN IT STARTS BOILING , ADD CITRIC ACID.
  8. STIR WELL AND BOIL FOR 5 MINUTES.
  9. AFTER 5 MINUTES , MURABBA IS DONE , ADD ELAICHI POWDER.
  10. AFTER COOLING IT COMPLETELY, STORE IN A GLASS BOTTLE AND SERVE WITH PARATHA AS A TANGY SIDE DISH.
