  1. Jowar flour 2 cup
  2. Wheat flour 2 cup
  3. Salt 1/2 tsp
  4. Water 3 cup

Instructions

  1. HOT WATER, SALT
  2. JOWAR FLOUR, WHEAT FLOUR EACH 2 CUPS
  3. MIX WELL
  4. KNEAD BY USING PALM
  5. MAKE CRICKET BALL SIZED EQUAL DOUGH BALLS
  6. DUST SOME FLOUR AND ROLL EVENLY
  7. REMOVE AND PLACE IT ON HOT TAWA
  8. FLIP AND COOK BOTH THE SIDES FOR ONE MINUTE EACH
  9. REMOVE AND COOK DIRECTLY ON FLAME
  10. REMOVE AND SERVE SOFT, INSTANT ROTTI
