Rice tukda cooked with pinch of salt.kept to make kheer pudding by grinding and muxing with milk.Served with lunch or dinner when tez alloo made with roti.enjoy a quick one this way.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1 cup and quarter cooked rice
  2. 500 ml milk
  3. 1 cup sugar
  4. 6-8cardamom seeds
  5. 5-6 saffron threads
  6. Some chopped dry fruits

Instructions

  1. SOME COOKED RICE 1 CUP OR MORE,1/2CUP MILK TO GRIND,500ML MILK
  2. GRIND TO PASTE WITH SOME MILK
  3. REMOVE GROUND RICE IN A POT WITH LITTLE MILK IN BASE
  4. KEEP ABOUT 1/2 CUP SUGAR,N SAFFRON THREADS READY
  5. RINSE MIXER WITH GROUND RICE WITH SOME PREBOILED MILK ,POUR ON THE GROUND RICE IN POT
  6. ADD ABOUT 450 ML MILK PREBOILED COOLED TO RICE SLURRY
  7. START STIRRING AND COOKING ON SLOW
  8. ADD THE SAFFRON THREADS NOW MIX WELL KEEP STIRRING
  9. ADD 1/2 CUP OF SUGAR
  10. ADD SOME 8-10 CARDOMOM SEEDS
  11. COOK WELL STIRRING FOR 2 MINUTES
