Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 400-500g Fish fillet pieces
  2. coconut oil for frying
  3. To marinate
  4. 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
  5. 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
  6. Juice of 1/2 lemon
  7. salt to taste
  8. 3 cloves garlic
  9. 1 inch ginger
  10. 1 teaspoon peppercorns
  11. 4 pearl onions/shallots

Instructions

  1. ADD SHALLOTS, DRY SPICES, GINGER,SPICE POWDERS, GARLIC AND SALT TO GRINDER
  2. ADD 2 TBSP WATER AND LEMON JUICE. GRIND TO PASTE
  3. MARINATE FISH FILLET WITH PASTE. KEEP IT ASIDE FOR 30 MINUTES
  4. FRY FISH FILLET ON MEDIUM HEAT. DO NOT DISTURB FISH WHILE ITS GETTING FRIED
  5. CAREFULLY FLIP AND COOK ON BOTH SIDES.
  6. SERVE HOT WITH LIME WEDGES
