Traditionally kokani breakfast enjoyed eith scrambled eggs/Ghota Andaa. Enjoyed with pav/ or bread.It goes great with any fish or chicken curry left over.

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. 2 eggs
  2. 2 Pav or bread slices
  3. 1 tablespoon milk
  4. salt to taste
  5. half teaspoon pepper
  6. 1 tbsp ghee
  7. Some fish curry i used
  8. butter to toast optional

Instructions

  1. 2 EGGS ,TWO MUMBAI BAKERY PAV,2TBLSPN GHEE,SALT PEPPER ,KEEP READY, HEAT SAUCEPAN AND ADD GHEE
  2. BREAK EGGS ,MIX AND ADD TO THE HEATED GHEE
  3. ADD SALT AND LITTLE PEPPERBEAT WELL
  4. MIX BEAT WELL AND KEEP ON FLAME
  5. ADD 1TBLESPN MILK TO THE COOKING EGG
  6. MIX BEAT THE EGG WELL WITH MILK
  7. AS DONE SCRAMBLED WELL REMOVE IN A BOWL
  8. SPRINKLE SOME PEPPER OPTIONAL THOUGH
  9. ENJOY WITH PAV TOASTED OR BREAD TOASTED,TOPPING IT WITH FISH OR CHICKEN CURRYLEFT IN YOUR FRIDGE
