Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For chicken marination, 1 whole chicken
  2. 3/4 cup curd
  3. 1 tsp salt
  4. 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  5. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  6. 1 tsp corriender powder
  7. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  8. 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  9. 1/2 tsp syah (white) jeera powder
  10. 1/2 tsp garam masala
  11. 3/4 tsp kashmiri mirch powder
  12. 1 tbsp lemon juice
  13. Few drops of kewra and rose essence
  14. Few strings saffron
  15. For rice, 2 cup basmati rice
  16. 1 bay leaf
  17. 1 cinnamon
  18. 1 black cardamom and salt
  19. For coating masala, 12 to 15 almond
  20. 12 to 15 cashew
  21. 1 tbsp khuskhus
  22. 2 tbsp brown onion
  23. 1/ 4 cup curd and some salt
  24. For filling, already prepare fry potato or french fries
  25. Boiled egg
  26. For fry, 2 cup oil
  27. 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  28. For serving, some brown onion
  29. Fresh Chopped corriender
  30. Some lemon wedges

Instructions

  1. TAKE 2 CUP BASMATI RICE ADD WATER
  2. WASHED IT
  3. AND SOAKED IN SUFFICIENT WATER FOR 1 HOUR
  4. TAKE 1 WHOLE CHICKEN AND MAKE CUT OVER IT
  5. TAKE 3/4 CUP CURD AND 1 TSP SALT
  6. 1 TBSP GINGER GARLIC PASTE AND 1 TSP RED CHILLI POWDER
  7. 1 TSP CORRIENDER AND 1/2 TSP TUMERIC POWDER
  8. ADD 1/2 TSP CUMIN AND 1/2 TSP SYAH JEERA POWDER
  9. 1/2 TSP GARAM MASALA AND 3/4 TSP KASHMIRI MIRCH POWDER
  10. 1 TBSP LEMON JUICE AND MIX
  11. NOW ADD FEW DROPS KEWRA AND ROSE WATER
  12. ADD FEW STRINGS SAFFRON NOW MIX NICELY AND COVER IT AND KEEP ASIDE FOR 4 HOURS FOR MARINATE
  13. FOR COATING MASALA, TAKE 12 TO 15 ALMONDS AND CASHEW IN A MIXER JAR
  14. ADD 1 TBSP KHUSKHUS AND 2 TBSP BROWN ONION
  15. ADD 1 TBSP MILK
  16. AND MAKE FINE SMOOTH PASTE OF IT
  17. FOR RICE , ADD 1 BAY LEAF, 1 CINNAMON AND 1 BLACK CARDAMOM IN BOILING WATER
  18. ADD SALT ACCORDING TO TASTE
  19. AND ADD SOAKED RICE IN IT
  20. WHEN DONE STRAIN IT AND KEEP ASIDE IT
  21. NOW FILLED THE RICE IN MARINATE CHICKEN
  22. FILLED SOME ALREADY PREPARED FRY POTATOS OR FRENCH FRIES AND 1 BOILED EGG
  23. NOW TIE TIGHTLY WITH THREAD
  24. CLOSE THE OPEN PART WITH SKEVERS
  25. HEAT 2 CUP OIL IN DEEP PAN AND LEFT IT IN HOT OIL FOR FRY
  26. WHEN ONE SIDE DONE CHANGE THE SIDE
  27. WHEN IT'S GOES TO DONE SPRINKLE SOME SESAME SEEDS
  28. NOW TRANSFER IN PLATE
  29. REMOVE EXCESS OIL FROM SAME PAN AND ADD REMAINING MARINATE MASALA
  30. AND ADD PREPARED GRIND PASTE
  31. ADD SOME SALT
  32. FINALLY ADD 1/4 CUP CURD AND STIR
  33. WHEN MASALA DONE ADD FRY WHOLE CHICKEN AND COOK FOR 4 TO 5 MINUTES IN IT
  34. TRANSFER IN A SERVING PLATE WITH REMANING COOKED RICE COAT ALL SIDE OF CHICKEN WITH REMANING MASALA
  35. SERVE WITH SOME BROWN ONION AND CHOPPED CORRIENDER AND WITH LEMON
