Fish's egg(machli ka anda) is easily available in market and you can buy it separately. It is very nutritious and tastes like the veg pakoras. This is a traditional dish of my home.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Fish's egg - 250 gms
  2. besan - 4 tspn(medium)
  3. onions - 2 big
  4. garlic paste - 1 tspn
  5. haldi - 1 tspn
  6. chilli powder - 1tspn
  7. salt
  8. mustard oil for frying

Instructions

  1. TAKE FISH'S EGG, BESAN, CHOPPED ONIONS, GARLIC PASTE, SALT, HALDI
  2. NOW MIX PROPERLY WITH YOUR HANDS
  3. THE MIXTURE WILL BE STICKY, KEEP ON MASHING
  4. ADD CHILLI POWDER AND MIX
  5. HEAT OIL, SLOWLY ADD IN THE FORM OF BIG DROPLETS
  6. TURN THE SIDES AND DEEP FRY
