  1. Banana stem slices 2 cup
  2. Coconut gratings 2 cup
  3. Mustard seeds 1 tsp to grind
  4. Jeera chilli 4-5
  5. Rock salt 1 tsp
  6. Water 1/2 cup
  7. Curd 3-4 tbs
  8. Cooking oil 1 tsp
  9. Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  10. Byadagi chilli 1

Instructions

  1. GRATED COCONUT 2 CUP, JEERA CHILLI 4-5
  2. MUSTARD SEEDS 1 TSP
  3. ROCK SALT, WATER
  4. BANANA STEM SLICES 2 CUP
  5. MIX AND GRIND SMOOTHLY
  6. GRIND UNTIL SMOOTH PASTE
  7. REMOVE INTO A SERVING DISH
  8. CLEANLY TAKE ALL
  9. ADD CURD
  10. HEAT OIL, LET SPLUTTER MUSTARD SEEDS AND RED CHILLI
  11. ADD SEASONING, MIX AND SERVE
