Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For kofta, 500 gram mutton mince
  2. 1/4 cup roasted chana dal
  3. 1 tsp cumin seeds
  4. 2 green chillies chooped
  5. 4 to 5 garlic chopped
  6. 1 tbsp chopped correinder
  7. 1 tsp saunth powder
  8. 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
  9. 1/4 tsp black pepper powder
  10. 1 tsp roasted cumin powder
  11. For filling, 1 chopped onion
  12. 1 tbsp chopped corriender
  13. 1 tbsp chopped dry fruites
  14. For masala, 1 tsp red chilli powder
  15. 1 tsp corriender powder
  16. 1/2 tsp turneric powder
  17. 1/2 cup onion paste
  18. 1/2 cup tomato paste
  19. 1/4 cup curd
  20. 1 bay leaf
  21. 1 black cardamom
  22. 1 cinnamon stick
  23. 1 onion chopped
  24. 1 tsp dry mint
  25. 1 tbsp chopped corriender
  26. 1 chopped green chillies
  27. 1/4 tsp garam masala
  28. 2 tbsp mustard oil for cooking
  29. Salt according to taste

Instructions

  1. TAKE 500 GRAM MUTTON MINCE ON GRING STONE AND ADD 1/4 CUP ROASTED CHANA DAL
  2. ADD 1 TSP SALT
  3. 1 TSP CUMIN,2 GREEN CHIILIES CHOPPED
  4. 4 TO 5 CHOPPED GARLIC CLOVES AND 1 TBSP CHOPPED CORRIENDER AND GRIND
  5. NOW ADD 1 TSP SAUNTH POWDER, 1/2 TSP GARAM MASALA AND 1/2 TSP BLACK PEPPER POWDER
  6. AGAIN GRIND
  7. NOW ADD 1 TSP ROASTED CUMIN POWDER AND GRIND
  8. TAKE 1 FINALLY CHOPPED ONION,1 TBSP CORRIENDER CHOPPED AND 1 TBSP DRY FRUITS AND MIX
  9. RUB THE WATER ON PALM TAKE SMALL AMOUNT OF MUTTON MIX AND FILLED THE ONION MIXTURE IN CENTRE
  10. AND MAKE ROLL LIKE THIS
  11. MAKE ALL ROLLS OF ALL MUTTON MIXTURE
  12. NOW PREPARE A STEAMER GREASED WITH OIL AND PLACE THE BALLS OF MUTTON
  13. COVER TO COOK FOR 20 TO 25 MINUTES
  14. FOR GRAVY, 1 TSP RED CHILLI POWDER ,1 TSP CORRIENDER POWDER AND 1/2 TSP TURMERIC POWDER IN MIXER JAR
  15. ADD 1/2 CUP ONION PASTE
  16. AND MAKE FINE SMOOTH PASTE
  17. HEAT 2 TBSP MUSTARD OIL IN A POT, ADD 1 CHOPPED ONION,1 BAY LEAF,1 CINNAMON AND 1 BLACK CARDAMOM
  18. WHEN TRANSLUCENT IN COLOUR ADD 3/4 TSP GINGER AND 1 TSP GARLIC PASTE AND SAUTE
  19. NOW ADD GRIND MASALA PASTE IN IT
  20. SAUTE IT
  21. ADD 1/2 CUP TOMATO PASTE AND SALT
  22. SAUTE IT
  23. NOW ADD 1/4 CUP CURD AND MIX
  24. ADD SOME WATER
  25. NOW ADD STEAMED STUFFED KOFTA
  26. COVER IT AND COOK IT FOR 10 TO 12 MINUTES
  27. NOW ADD 1 TSP DRY MINT, 1 CHOPPED CHILLI AND FRESH CHOPPED CORRIENDER AND MIX
  28. FINALLY ADD 1/4 TSP GARAM MASALA
