Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Grated carrot 1 cup
  2. Ghee 2 tsp
  3. 2 tsp chopped dry fruits
  4. 1/2 cup sugar
  5. 1 cup full fat milk
  6. 3-4 saffron strands

Instructions

  1. ASSEMBLE INGREDIENTS: 1 CUP OF GRATED CARROT, 2 TSP OF GHEE, CHOPPED KAJU, BADAM, PISTACHIO AND 1/2 CUP OF SUGAR AND 1 CUP OF FULL FAT MILK
  2. HEAT GHEE IN A PAN
  3. ROAST CHOPPED DRY FRUITS UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN
  4. NOW ADD GRATED CARROT
  5. STIR FRY FOR 3-4 MINUTES
  6. ADD FULL FAT MILK AND MIX WELL
  7. BRING MILK TO BOIL
  8. SIMMER AND COOK. ADD SUGAR
  9. MIX WELL
  10. NOW ADD 3-4 SAFFRON STRANDS AND MIX WELL
  11. SERVE WARM OR COLD AS DESIRED
