Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1 cup Alphonso mango puree
  2. 75 grams paneer fresh
  3. 1 small cup sugar(or to taste)
  4. 100 grams sachet milk powder
  5. Chopped blanched silvered almonds and pistachio optional
  6. 1tspn pure ghee

Instructions

  1. 1MANGO INTO SLICES,100GRAMS MILK, POWDER,1CUP SUGAR,75 GRAMS PANEER,1TSPN GHEE,SILVERED ALMONDS,CUT
  2. PUREE MANGO SLICES,I TOOK ALPHONSO,OR USE KESAR
  3. PUREE WELL
  4. GRATE PANEER FINE
  5. HEAT A PAN, ADD MANGO PUREE ANDSUGAR ,MIX WELL
  6. NOW ADD THE GRATED PANEER STIRRING WELL
  7. COOK 5 MINUTES STIRRING MIXING WELL ON SLOW,AS TILL IT GATHERS WELL
  8. ADD THE MILK POWDER SACHET 100 GRAMS NOW MIX QUICKLY TO AVOID LUMPS
  9. KEEP MIXING MILK POWDER WELL TO AVOID LUMPS,COOK 5MINUTES
  10. GREASE A FLAT BOWL ,TRAY PLATE ANY WITH A TEA SPOON OF GHEE
  11. NOW REMOVE THIS FUDGE MIX INTO THE GREASED CONTAINER YOU USE
  12. EVEN OUT FLATTEN WITH FLAT SPATULA SPOON
  13. GARNISH WITH CHOPPED DRY FRUITS OF CHOICE ,HERE I PUT ALMONDS,PISTACHIO
