  1. 1 cup rice flore
  2. Half tsp ground nuts,chana dol,daniya

Instructions

  1. BOIL WATER, ADD 1/2 TSP EACH OF SALT & GHEE
  2. ADD 1 CUP RICE FLOUR, MIX WELL TO AVOID LUMPS
  3. STIR & COOK TILL THE MIXTURE TURNS THICK & LEAVES THE SIDES OF THE PAN, ALLOW IT TO COOL
  4. PLACE THE MIXTURE ON AN OIL GREASED PLATE, KNEAD INTO A SOFT DOUGH
  5. ROLL & PUT THE DOUGH INTO AN OIL GREASED NOODLE / SEV MAKER
  6. PRESS DOWN THE NOODLES ON AN OIL GREASED PLATE
  7. PLACE THE NOODLES IN A PRE HEATED PRESSURE COOKER, COVER & STEAM COOK FOR 10 MINS
  8. HEAT A PAN, ADD 1/2 TSP EACH OF PEANUTS, CORIANDER SEEDS, CUMIN SEEDS & CHANA DAL
  9. ADD 2-3 BROKEN DRY RED CHILLIES
  10. ADD THE ROASTED SLICES TO A MORTAR, CRUSH & POWDER THEM WITH A PESTLE
  11. HEAT 1 TSP GHEE, ADD 1/2 TSP EACH OF CUMIN & MUSTARD SEEDS, 1 EACH OF SLICED ONION & CAPSICUM, SAUTE
  12. ADD SALT, 1/2 TSP TURMERIC POWDER
  13. ADD THE STEAMED NOODLES
  14. ADD THE GROUND SPICE SEASONING, TOSS FOR 1-2 MINS, TAKE OFF HEAT
  15. SQUEEZE SOME LEMON JUICE ON TOP, SERVE HOT
