Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 110 g all purpose flour
  2. 1 teaspoon baking powder
  3. 1.5 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  4. 60 grams unsalted butter at room temperature
  5. half cup sugar
  6. 1 egg
  7. red food colouring gel
  8. half teaspoon lemon juice
  9. 1/4 teaspoon salt
  10. half teaspoon Vanilla extract
  11. 60 gram white chocolate chopped in chunks
  12. half cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. SIEVE 110 GMS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR, 1 TBSP COCOA POWDER, 1 TSP BAKING POWDER, 1/4 TSP SALT
  2. BLEND 1/2 CUP POWDERED SUGAR, 60 GMS SOFTENED BUTTER UNTIL LIGHT & FLUFFY
  3. ADD 1 EGG, BLEND UNTIL CREAMY
  4. ADD 1/2 TSP EACH OF LEMON JUICE & VANILLA EXTRACT, 1/4 TSP RED FOOD COLOUR, BLEND
  5. GRADUALLY ADD THE DRY INGREDIENTS, BLEND
  6. ADD 60 GMS FINELY CHOPPED WHITE CHOCOLATE, FOLD IN GENTLY
  7. COVER & REFRIGERATE FOR 2-3 HOURS
  8. TAKE A SPOONFUL OF DOUGH, COAT IT WITH POWDERED SUGAR
  9. PLACE ALL THE READY DOUGH BALLS ON A PREPARED BAKING TRAY
  10. BAKE IN A PREHEATED OVEN AT 180 DEGREES FOR 10-12 MINS
  11. COOL ON THE BAKING TRAY FOR 25-30 MINS
  12. TRANSFER TO A WIRE WRACK, ALLOW TO COOL & HARDEN COMPLETELY, STORE IN AN AIRTIGHT CONTAINER
