  1. PEAR GULABI DRIFRUIT SHAHI TUKADA
  2. CUT SLICES OF PEAR,CHOP DRIFRUITS,CUT EDGES OF BREAD SLICES
  3. REMOVE SEEDS MIDDLE OF THE PEAR SLICES,T AKE ROSES SEPARATE PETALS FROM ROSES
  4. HEAT THE PAN PUT ROSE PETALS JUST FRI
  5. PUT 1 TSP OF COCONUT,1 TSP PISTA,11/2 TSP PUMPKIN SERDS,1 TSP KAJU
  6. TRANSFER FRIED ROSEPETALS,DRIFRUITS INTO MIXY JAR
  7. MAKE NICE POWDER
  8. HEAT THE PAN POUR THICK MILK,1/4 LTR
  9. KEEP BOIL UNTIL IT BECOMES HALF THICK
  10. HEAT THE GRILLED PAN ADD GHER
  11. FRI BOTH SIDES OF BREAD
  12. PLACE PEAR SLICES ON GRILL ADD GHEE
  13. TURN BACK FRI WELL IT BECOMES SOFTLY N JUICY
  14. TAKE ANOTHER PAN PUT 1/4 CUP SUGAR ADD WATER
  15. PUT SAFFRON STRAND'S,ILACHI POWDER PINCH KEEP BOIL FOR SUGAR SYRUP
  16. ONCE MILK THICKENED,A DD 1/2 CUP SUGAR
  17. ADD SAFFRON,ROSE PETALS DRIFUITS POWDER
  18. MIX WELL RABARI IS READY
  19. FINALLY ADD CHOPPED PISTA
  20. TAKE A SERVING PLATE PLACE PREPARED RABARI THEN FRIED BREAD SLICE
  21. THEN POUR SUGAR SYRUP ON FRIED GRILLED BREAD IT BECOMES SOFT
  22. PUT GRILLED FRIED PEAR SLICES ON BREAD POUR RABARI ON TOP OF IT
  23. PLACE ANOTHER BREAD SLICE
  24. POUR RABARI ON TOP ADD ROSE PETALS
  25. GARNISH WITH ROSE PETALS
  26. GARNISH WITH CHOPPED PISTA SLICES ON TOP OF IT
  27. READY TO SERVE PEAR ROSE SHAHI GRILLED TUKADA
