  2. jaggery 1/2 cup
  3. cardamom 2
  4. salt 1/2 tsp
  5. Grated coconut 1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. FRY RAGI FLOUR AND SET IT ASIDE.KEEP 1/2 CUP OF GRATED COCONUT.
  2. BOIL JAGGERY WITH CARDAMOM.STRAIN IT AND COOL IT
  3. IN RAGI FLOUR PLATE ADD PINCH OF SALT.
  4. MIX IT WELL.NOW ADD LITTLE BY LITTLE JAGGERY SYRUP TO MAKE A SMOOTH DOUGH
  5. NOW DOUGH IS READY.AFTER ADD GRATED COCONUT.MIX IT WELL.
  6. NOW TAKE A SMALL AMOUNT OF DOUGH AND ROLL IT.
  7. RAGI IS READY TO COOK.
  8. IN IDLI POT ADD RAGI KOLUKATTAI.AND COOK IT FOR 15 MIN.
  9. NOW ITS READY TO EAT.
  10. HEALTHY RAGI KOLUKATTAI IS READY TO SERVE.
