  1. Moong sprouts 1 cup
  2. Milk 1 1/2 cup
  3. Eliachi powder 1 tsp
  4. Milk powder 2 tsp
  5. Muskmelon seeds 1 tsp
  6. sugar 2 tsp
  7. Dryfruit powder 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. GRIND ONE SMALL BOWL OF SPROUTS INTO FINE PASTE..
  2. HEAT A PAN..ADD 2 TSP OF GHEE AND GRINDED PASTE OF SPROUTS..
  3. SAUTE TILL AROMA ARISE. NOW ADD 1 1/2 CUP MILK AND COOK TILL SOFT
  4. ADD 1 TSP CARDAMON POWDER,2 TSP MILK POWDER AND MIX WELL
  5. NOW ADD 1 TSP MUSKMELON SEEDS AND MIX WELL
  6. ADD 2 TSP SUGAR AND COOK FOR 2 MIN. READY TO SERVE TOPPED WITH DRYFRUIT POWDER.
