  1. maida - 1/2 cup
  2. Ragi flour - 1/2 cup
  3. Coco powder - 1/4 cup
  4. sugar - 1/2 cup
  5. Baking powder - 3/4 tsp
  6. Baking powder - 3/4 tsp
  7. salt - 1/2 tsp
  8. Organic jaggery powder - 1/2 cup
  9. egg - 1
  10. oil - 1/4 cup
  11. Milk, - 1/2 cup
  12. Coffee decoction - 1/2 cup
  13. Vanila essence - 2 tsps

Instructions

  1. ADD 1/2 CUP MAIDA 1/2 CUP RAGI FLOUR TO A MIXING BOWL
  2. 1/4 CUP UNSWEETENED COCO POWDER
  3. 3/4 TSP BAKING POWDER
  4. 3/4 TSP BAKING SODA
  5. 1/2 TSP SALT
  6. SEIVE IT
  7. 1/2 CUP SUGAR
  8. 1/2 CUP JAGGERY POWDER
  9. MIX WELL AND KEEP ASIDE
  10. TAKE 1/2 CUP WATER IN A VESSEL
  11. ADD A SACHET OF BRU INSTANT COFFEE POWDER, MIX. BOIL BEFORE POURING INTO THE BATTER
  12. MAKE A WELL IN THE CAKE MIX
  13. BREAK AN EGG ADD 1/2 CUP MILK
  14. 1/4 CUP OIL
  15. 2 TSP VANILA ESSENCE
  16. WHISK ON LOW SPEED
  17. SLOWLY START MOVING THE BEATER TO GATHER SIDES
  18. WHISK ON HIGH SPEED FOR 2 MINUTES
  19. POUR BOILING COFFEE SOLUTION AND BEAT TO JUST COMBINE
  20. POUR THIS THIN BATTER MIX IN A 8 BY 4 1/2 INCH BAKING TRAY LINED WITH PARCHMENT.
  21. BAKE IN A PREHEATED OVEN AT 170 FOR 30 MINUTES. CHECK IN LAST FEW MINUTES FOR DONENESS
  22. LEAVE TO COOL COMPLETELY THEN SLICE. MOIST AND SPONGY!
  23. GARNISH WITH SPRINKLES
