Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 50 gram paneer
  2. 1 cup coriander
  3. 15 leaves palak
  4. 2 tbsp curd
  5. 2 tbsp fresh cream or Malai
  6. 1 green chilli
  7. 2 tomatoes
  8. 1 large onion
  9. half inch ginger
  10. 10 clove garlic
  11. 2 bay leaf
  12. salt to taste
  13. 2 teaspoon kasuri methi
  14. 1 teaspoon Garam masala
  15. half teaspoon turmeric
  16. 2 tbsp oil

Instructions

  1. HEAT 2 TSP OIL, ADD 1 SLICED ONION, 1 CHOPPED GREEN CHILLI, 1/2 INCH GINGER PIECE, 10 GARLIC CLOVES
  2. ADD 2 CHOPPED TOMATOES, SAUTE UNTIL SOFT
  3. ADD 15 CHOPPED SPINACH LEAVES, SAUTE FOR 2 MINS
  4. ADD 1/4 CUP CHOPPED CORIANDER LEAVES, COOK FOR 1 MIN, TAKE OFF HEAT
  5. ALLOW TO COOL A LITTLE, ADD TO A MIXER JAR, GRIND TILL SMOOTH
  6. MAKE FINE PASTE LIKE THIS, SET ASIDE
  7. HEAT 2 TSP OIL, ADD 3 EACH OF BAY LEAVES & GREEN CHILLIES
  8. ADD THE SPINACH PASTE, SAUTE FOR 5-8 MINS
  9. ADD 1/2 CUP CURD, 1/4 CUP FRESH CREAM, MIX, COVER & COOK TILL THE GRAVY LEAVES THE SIDES
  10. ADD 1/2 TSP TURMERIC, SALT TO TASTE
  11. ADD 1/2 TSP GARAM MASALA
  12. ADD 500 GMS COTTAGE CHEESE CUBES, 2 TBSP KASURI METHI, COOK FOR 2 MINS, SERVE HOT
