Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Gram flour - 1 cup
  2. sugar - 1 cup
  3. ghee - 1 /2 cup
  4. water - 2 1/2 cups
  5. Cardamon powder - 1 tbsp
  6. cashews - handfull

Instructions

  1. ADD 1 CUP OF BESAN/ GRAM FLOUR TO A SEIVE
  2. SEIVE IT ONCE
  3. ADD IT TO A NON STICK PAN
  4. ADD A HANDFULL OF CASHEWNUTS, HALF CUP MELTED GHEE
  5. COOK ON LOW FLAME
  6. SAUTÉING EVERY NOW AND THEN
  7. MEANWHILE BOIL 2 1/2 CUPS OF WATER
  8. ADD 1 CUP SUGAR
  9. STIR TILL MELTED
  10. ADD A TBSP OF CARDAMON POWDER SWITCH OF GAS
  11. CONTINUE COOKING, STIRRING THE BESAN TILL CASHEWS ARE BROWNED EVENLY
  12. NOW POUR THE SUGAR WATER IN ONE STREAM STIRRING CONTINUOUSLY
  13. STARTS THICKENING
  14. KEEP STIRRING TILL IT LEAVES SIDES OF PAN
  15. DONE WELL
  16. READY TO SERVE
  17. ENJOY
