Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. jaggery -1 cup
  2. Grated dry coconut - 1/2 cup
  3. Wheat flour - 2 spoons
  4. Pinch of salt
  5. pepper powder - 1/4 spoon
  6. cardamom powder - 1/4 spoon
  7. ghee - 1 spoon
  8. water _1/4 cup

Instructions

  1. INGREDIENTS
  2. HEAT THE PAN ,ADD WHEAT FLOUR
  3. ROAST WHEAT FLOUR AND KEEP ASIDE
  4. NOW ADD GRATED DRY COCONUT
  5. ROAST THE COCONUT TILL BROWN AND KEEP ASIDE
  6. NOW ADD JAGGERY AND WATER
  7. ADD PINCH OF SALT
  8. WHEN BOILS AND BECOMES THICK AND THREAD CONSISTENCY - ITS READY.
  9. ADD ROASTED COCONUT AND MIX NICELY
  10. ADD 1 SPOON ROASTED WHEAT FLOUR AND MIX NICELY
  11. ADD GHEE AND MIX NICELY
  12. IT IS READY , SWITCH OF THE FLAME
  13. SPRINKLE ROASTED WHEAT FLOUR ON PLATE AND POUR JAGGERY MIX.
  14. MIX CARDAMOM POWDER AND PEPPER POWDER
  15. ADD LITTLE ROASTED WHEAT FLOUR AND MIX AND SPRINKLE
  16. MAKE BALLS
  17. IF IT IS STUCK IN THE PLATE HEAT IT LITTLE BIT
  18. AKROTU IS READY.
