Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. water 2 glass
  2. palak leaves 1 cup
  3. paneer pieces : 2 cups
  4. Medium sized onion : 1
  5. tomato : 1
  6. garlic cloves : 3
  7. cumin seeds : 1 tbsp
  8. oil : 2 tbsp
  9. salt : 1 tbsp
  10. turmeric : 1/4 tsp
  11. chilli powder : 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. TAKE A VESSEL,ADD WATER AND PALAK LEAVES ,COOK TILL SOFT,DRAIN OUT WATER.
  2. MAKE PANEER INTO PIECES,TAKE VESSEL ADD WATER AND COOK FOR 4 MINUTES
  3. CHOP 1 ONION AND 1 TAMOTA
  4. MAKE PALAK INTO PASTE
  5. MASH 3 GARLIC CLOVES
  6. DRAIN OUT WATER FROM PANEER
  7. KEEP A VESSEL ,ADD 1 TBSP OIL AND 1 TBSP CUMIN SEEDS,SAUTE FOR 1 MIN
  8. ADD CHOPPED ONION AND MASHED GARLIC AND MIX WELL
  9. ADD 1/4 TSP TURMERIC AND 1 TBSP SALT AND MIX WELL
  10. ONCE ONION IS COOKED ADD TAMOTA COOK TILL SOFT
  11. ADD PALAK PASTE AND COOK FOR 2 MIN
  12. ADD 1 TBSP OIL IN A PAN FRY PANEER FOR 2 MIN
  13. ADD 1 GLASS WATER TO PALAK AND MIX WELL
  14. ADD FRIED PANEER
  15. ADD 2 TBSP CHILLI POWDER MIX WELL
  16. COOK FOR 5 MIN
