Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Onions 1 big (chopped )
  2. Tomatoes 2big (chopped)
  3. Green chilli 4 (chopped )
  4. Coriander leaves 2tbsp(chopped)
  5. Semolina 1cup
  6. Red chilli powder 1tsp
  7. Salt 1tsp
  8. Bread slice 6
  9. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. TAKE 1 FINELY CHOPPED ONION, 2 TOMATOES, 2 TBSP CORIANDER LEAVES
  2. ADD 3 CHOPPED GREEN CHILLIES, 1 TSP RED CHILLI POWDER
  3. ADD SALT TO TASTE, 1 CUP SEMOLINA
  4. MIX ALL THE INGREDIENTS WELL
  5. CUT BREAD SLICES INTO 4 SQUARES
  6. TAKE SOME OF THE READY MIX & PRESS IT DOWN UPON EACH BREAD SQUARE
  7. DEEP FRY IN HOT OIL, TIP IN WITH THE MIX SIDE DOWN
  8. FRY ON MEDIUM HEAT TILL GOLDEN BROWN & CRISP FROM BOTH SIDES
  9. TAKE OFF HEAT WHEN DONE, SERVE HOT WITH KETCHUP OR CHUTNEY
