Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 75 gm oil
  2. 200 gm condensed milk
  3. 1 cup refined flour
  4. 2 tsp cocoa powder
  5. 1 tsp baking powder
  6. 1/2 tsp baking soda
  7. 2 tbsp powder sugar
  8. Milk as required
  9. 1 tsp Vanilla essence
  10. Red food colour as required
  11. For cream cheese frosting:
  12. 25 gm soft butter
  13. 50 gm cream cheese
  14. 1/4 cup powder sugar

Instructions

  1. TAKE 75 ML OIL, ADD 200 ML CONDENSED MILK
  2. WHISK WELL, SET ASIDE
  3. ADD 1 CUP FLOUR, 2 TSP COCOA POWDER IN A STRAINER
  4. ADD 2 TBSP POWDERED SUGAR
  5. ADD 1/2 TSP BAKING SODA, 1 TSP BAKING POWDER
  6. SIEVE THE MIX
  7. ADD THE SIEVED FLOUR MIX INTO THE CONDENSED MILK MIX
  8. WHISK
  9. ADD COLD MILK AS REQUIRED, 1 TSP VANILLA ESSENCE
  10. ADD 4-5 DROPS OF RED FOOD COLOUR
  11. WHISK WELL TILL SMOOTH
  12. ADD THE BATTER INTO MUFFIN MOULDS TILL THEY ARE 3/4 THS FULL
  13. TAP TO REMOVE AIR BUBBLES, BAKE IN A PREHEATED OVEN AT 160 DEGREES FOR 10 MINS
  14. CHECK TO SEE IF THEY ARE DONE
  15. COMBINE 25 GMS SOFT BUTTER, 50 GMS CREAM CHEESE, 1/4 POWDERED SUGAR
  16. WHISK WELL
  17. TRANSFER THE FROSTING TO A PIPING BAG
  18. SLICE OFF THE MUFFIN BOTTOMS & MAKE A CAVITY LIKE THIS
  19. PIPE THE CREAM CHEESE FROSTING INTO THE CAVITY
  20. PUT THE BOTTOM PART BACK ON, SERVE
