ABOUT Classic Tiramisu RECIPE

Delicious Fluffy Italian Dessert, easy to make with no cooking and is yummilicious in taste

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. 3 egg whites
  2. 3 egg yolks
  3. 250g Mascaparone Cheese
  4. Salt Pinch
  5. 1/2 teaspoon+1 tbsp vanilla extract
  6. 2 tbsp+ 3 tbsp sugar
  7. 1 cup espresso coffee at room temperature
  8. 180-200g Savoiardi/Ladyfinger biscuits ( Refer to my earlier recipe)
  9. Cocoa powder to Garnish

Instructions

  1. IN A BOWL, ADD EGG YOLKS AND 3 TBSP SUGAR
  2. USING DOUBLE BOILER, BLEND WELL UNTIL MIXTURE TURNS PALE, CREAMY AND THICK
  3. ADD VANILLA EXTRACT AND BLEND WELL
  4. ALLOW TO COOL
  5. ADD MASCAPARONE CHEESE AND BLEND WELL
  6. ADD SALT AND 2 TBSP SUGAR TO EGG WHITES. BLEND MIXTURE UNTIL STIFF PEAKS FORM
  7. GRADUALLY TRANSFER EGG WHITES MIX TO MASCAPARONE MIXTURE AND MIX WELL
  8. ADD 1 TBSP VANILLA EXTRACT TO COFFEE AND WHISK WELL
  9. DIP SAVOIARDI BISCUITS IN COFFEE FOR 2 SEC AND PLACE IN A DISH.SPREAD A LAYER OF BISCUITS AT BOTTOM
  10. EVENLY SPREAD HALF OF MASCAPARONE MIXTURE ON TOP
  11. AGAIN LAYER WITH THE SAVOIARDI BISCUITS
  12. SPREAD REMAINING MASCAPARONE MIXTURE EVENLY ON TOP
  13. REFRIGERATE FOR 6-7 HOURS/ 1 DAY
  14. SPRINKLE COCOA POWDEE ON TOP
  15. SLICE AND SERVE
