Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Aata 2 cups
  2. salt 1 tsp
  3. sugar 1 tbsp
  4. oil 2 tbsp
  5. curd 150 grms

Instructions

  1. TAKE 2 CUPS AATA AND ADD 1 TSP SALT
  2. ADD 1 TSP SUGAR
  3. 1 TSP BAKING PWDR
  4. ADD 150 GRM CURD
  5. ADD 2 TBSP OIL
  6. MIX EVERYTHING
  7. ADD 3/4 TO 1 CUP WATER TO MAKE A DOUGH
  8. KNEAD THE DOUGH FOR 5 MINS
  9. WRAP THE DOUGH IN A WET MUSLIN CLOTH AND KEEP ASIDE FOR 30 MINS
  10. FILLING FOR 1 KULCHA-2 CHEESE CUBE GRATED,1/4 CAPSICUM CHOPPED
  11. ADD 1/2 TSP CHAAT MASALA
  12. MIX.PLEASE BITE THIS STUFFING IS ENOUGH FOR 2 KULCHAS SO MAKE ENOUGH FOR ALL YOUR KULCHAS
  13. TAKE THE DOUGH
  14. DIVIDE INTO 6 BALLS AND FLATTEN EACH BALL
  15. FILL THE STUFFING
  16. AND FOLD THE KULCHAS FROM THE SIDES AND SEAL
  17. FLATTEN ON YOUR PALMS.KULCHAS FLUFF WHEN THEY ARE FLATTENED ON PALMS.DO NOT USE ROLLING PIN
  18. SPRINKLE SOME SESAME SEEDS
  19. SPRINKLE SOME FRESH CORIANDER LEAVES AND PRESS IT APPLYING SOME WATER
  20. HEAT A GRIDDLE AND PLACE THE CORIANDER SIDE DOWN
  21. APPLY WATER ON THE OTHER SIDE AND SPREAD WITH YOUR HAND
  22. COOK FOR 4 MIN&TURN & COOK THE OTHER SIDE TILL THE KULCHAS LEAVES THE PAN(SINCE WE APPLIED WATER)
  23. POUR A DOLLOP OF BUTTER ON HOT KULCHAS
  24. AND SPREAD
