Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Dry yeast 1/2 tesp
  2. sugar 1 tesp
  3. All purpose flour 1 cup
  4. salt 1 tesp
  5. oil 1+1 tbsp
  6. Sesame seeds 1 tesp
  7. onion 1
  8. capsicum 1
  9. tomato 1
  10. Sweet corn 1 tbsp
  11. Cottage cheese 50 gms
  12. salt 1/2 tesp
  13. Black pepper powder 1/2 tesp
  14. chilli flakes 1 tesp
  15. Oregano 1 tesp
  16. chilli garlic sauce 2 tbsp
  17. tomato ketchup 1 tbsp
  18. Mozeralla cheese 150 gms
  19. Cheese spread 3 tbsp
  20. Cheese slice 3

Instructions

  1. SOAK 1/2 TESP DRY YEAST WITH 1 TESP SUGAR IN LUKE WARM WATER AND SET ASIDE TO BLOOM.
  2. IN A MIXING BOWL TAKE 1 CUP ALL PURPOSE FLOUR AND 1 TESP SALT.
  3. ADD BLOOMED YEAST MIXTURE AND KNEAD INTO A SOFT DOUGH USING WATER.
  4. APPLY 1 TBSP OIL TO DOUGH AND REST IT COVERED TO PROOF FOR AN HOUR.
  5. TAKE OUT THE PROVED DOUGH ONTO A FLOURED SURFACE AND KNEAD FOR 3-4 MINUTES.
  6. DIVIDE THE DOUGH INTO 3 EQUAL BALLS.
  7. FLATTEN DOWN THE BALLS SLIGHTLY AND REST THEM FOR SECOND PROVING FOR 20 MINUTES.
  8. GIVE A MILK WASH TO PROVED BALLS.
  9. SPRINKLE SOME SESAME SEEDS ON TOP.
  10. BAKE IN A PREHEATED OVEN FOR 12-15 MINUTES AT 210 DEGREES C.
  11. OUR BURGER BUNS ARE READY.
  12. HEAT 1 TBSP OIL AND SAUTE 1 ONION'S CHUNKS.
  13. ADD 1 DICED CAPSICUM AND 1 TBSP SWEET CORNS. SAUTE FOR FEW SECONDS.
  14. ADD 50 GMS COTTAGE CHEESE WITH 1/2 TESP EACH OF SALT AND BLACK PEPPER POWDER.
  15. ADD 1 TESP EACH OF CHILLI FLAKES AND OREGANO. SAUTE.
  16. ADD 2 TBSP CHILLI GARLIC SAUCE AND 1 TBSP KETCHUP.
  17. COOK FOR FEW SECONDS AND TAKE OFF HEAT.
  18. CUT BUN INTO HALF. APPLY CHEESE SPREAD ON BOTTOM HALF.
  19. PLACE SOME GRATED MOZZARELLA CHEESE AND TOP WITH PREPARED STUFFING.
  20. LOAD WITH MORE MOZERALLA.
  21. COVER WITH TOP HALF OF THE BUN.
  22. BAKE IN A PREHEATED OVEN FOR 5 MINUTES AT 180 DEGREES C.
  23. PLACE A CHEESE SLICE ON TOP OF BAKED BURGIZZA. GARNISH WITH TOMATO SLICE AND CAPSICUM.
  24. CHEEZILICIOUS BURGIZZA IS READY :yum:
