Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Dry yeast 1/2 tesp
  2. sugar 1 tesp
  3. All purpose flour 1 cup
  4. salt 1 tesp
  5. oil 1+1 tbsp
  6. Sesame seeds 1 tesp
  7. onion 1
  8. capsicum 1
  9. tomato 1
  10. Sweet corn 1 tbsp
  11. Cottage cheese 50 gms
  12. salt 1/2 tesp
  13. Black pepper powder 1/2 tesp
  14. chilli flakes 1 tesp
  15. Oregano 1 tesp
  16. chilli garlic sauce 2 tbsp
  17. tomato ketchup 1 tbsp
  18. Mozeralla cheese 150 gms
  19. Cheese spread 3 tbsp
  20. Cheese slice 3

Instructions

  1. SOAK 1/2 TSP DRY YEAST WITH 1 TSP SUGAR IN LUKEWARM WATER, SET ASIDE TO BLOOM
  2. TAKE 1 CUP ALL PURPOSE FLOUR, ADD 1 TSP SALT
  3. ADD THE BLOOMED YEAST MIXTURE, KNEAD INTO A SOFT DOUGH USING WATER AS REQUIRED
  4. APPLY 1 TBSP OIL TO THE DOUGH, COVER & SET ASIDE TO PROOF FOR 1 HOUR
  5. KNEAD THE PROOFED DOUGH ON A FLOUR- DUSTED SURFACE FOR 3-4 MINS
  6. DIVIDE THE DOUGH INTO 3 EQUAL BALLS
  7. FLATTEN OUT THE BALLS SLIGHTLY, REST THEM FOR 20 MINS FOR THE SECOND PROOFING
  8. NOW, GIVE A MILK WASH TO THE BALLS
  9. SPRINKLE SOME SESAME SEEDS ON TOP
  10. BAKE IN A PREHEATED OVEN AT 210 DEGREES FOR 12-15 MINS
  11. THE BURGER BUNS ARE DONE, SET ASIDE TO COOL
  12. HEAT 1 TBSP OIL, ADD 1 DICED ONION, SAUTE
  13. ADD 1 DICED CAPSICUM, 1 TBSP SWEETCORN, SAUTE FOR A FEW SECONDS
  14. ADD 50 GMS CUBED COTTAGE CHEESE, SEASON WITH 1/2 TSP EACH OF SALT & PEPPER POWDER
  15. ADD 1 TSP EACH OF RED CHILLI FLAKES & OREGANO, SAUTE
  16. ADD 2 TBSP CHILLI GARLIC SAUCE, 1 TBSP TOMATO KETCHUP, COOK FOR A FEW SECONDS, TAKE OFF HEAT
  17. SLICE THE READY BUNS INTO HALF, APPLY CHEESE SPREAD ON THE BOTTOM HALF
  18. ADD SOME GRATED MOZZARELLA CHEESE, TOP WITH THE READY VEGGIE STUFFING
  19. ADD SOME MORE MOZZARELLA CHEESE
  20. FINISH OFF BY ADDING MORE MOZZARELLA CHEESE ON TOP, COVER WITH THE TOP HALF OF THE BUN
  21. BAKE IN A PREHEATED OVEN AT 180 DEGREES FOR 5 MINS
  22. PLACE A CHEESE SLICE ON TOP, GARNISH WITH A SLICED TOMATO & CAPSICUM
  23. CHEESY BURGIZZA IS READY TO SERVE
