Ingredients Serving: 9

  1. 200g biscuits crumbled
  2. 100g unsalted butter melted
  3. 1 tin condensed milk-400g
  4. 75g butter
  5. 75g brown sugar
  6. 150ml whipping cream
  7. 2 tbsp icic g sugar
  8. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  9. 2 bananas sliced
  10. 1 banana sliced and cocoa powder tp garnish

Instructions

  1. MIX 100 GMS MELTED UNSALTED BUTTER WITH 200 GMS CRUSHED BISCUIT CRUMBS
  2. PRESS DOWN THE MIX INTO A PIE DISH LIKE THIS, REFRIGERATE FOR 30 MINS
  3. PLACE 2 SLICED BANANAS ON TOP OF THE READY CRUST
  4. MELT 75 GMS EACH OF BUTTER & SUGAR ON LOW HEAT
  5. ADD 400 GMS CONDENSED MILK, MIX WELL
  6. BRING TO A BOIL STIRRING CONSTANTLY UNTIL IT TURNS THICK, ALLOW THE READY SAUCE TO COOL A LITTLE
  7. POUR THE SAUCE OVER THE CRUST, CHILL FOR 1-2 HOURS
  8. DEMOULD THE PIE CAREFULLY, TRANSFER TO A SERVING PLATE
  9. WHIP 150 ML FRESH CREAM WITH 2 TBSP ICING SUGAR & 1/2 TSP VANILLA EXTRACT UNTIL LIGHT & SOFT
  10. ADD THE WHIPPED CREAM OVER THE PIE
  11. GARNISH WITH BANANA ROUNDS & SOME COCOA POWDER, SLICE & SERVE CHILLED
