  11. Filling for paneer
  12. Cheese cube 1
  13. Paneer grated 2tbsp
  14. Green Chillies 2
  15. Kishmish 2tbsp
  16. Almond 2tbsp chopped
  17. coriander leaves 2tbsp chopped
  18. Mint leaves 1tsp
  19. Red chilli powder 1/4tsp
  20. Cumin powder 1/2tso
  21. Salt 1/4tsp
  22. Oil 1cup for frying
  23. For Onion paste
  24. Onion 2sliced
  25. Oil half cup
  26. Curd 1/2cup
  27. For cornflour paste
  28. Cornflour 1*2cup
  29. Water 1/2cup
  30. For gravy
  31. Cumin seeds 1tsp
  32. Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
  33. Red chilli powder 1tsp
  34. Haldi powder 1/2tso
  35. Coriander powder 1tsp
  36. Tomato sauce 1/4cup
  37. sugar 1tsp
  38. Salt 1tsp
  39. Cream 1/2cup

Instructions

  1. ADD 1CUP WATER IN THE KADHAI . ADD ALL THE INGREDIENTS OF TOMATO GRAVY AND BOIL TILL TOMATOES R SOFT
  2. TOMATOES 3,ALMOND 10,CINNAMON 1SMALL, ELAICHI4,CLOVE4,JAVITRI THIN STRAND,GREEN CHILLI 2
  3. COOL AND GRIND INTO PASTE
  4. ARRANGE INGREDIENTS FOR THE FILLING
  5. GRATE THE CHEESE CUBE AND PANEER
  6. TAKE 2TBSP CHEESE, 2TBSP PANEER, 1TBSP OF KISHMISH AND ALMOND CHOPPED, GREEN CHILLIES 2,1TSP MINT
  7. ADD 1/2RED CHILLI POWDER, 1/2TSP CUMIN POWDER, 1/4TSP SALT AND MIX THE FILLING OF PANEER PROPERLY
  8. CUT 400GMS PANEER INTO THICK TRIANGULAR PIECES
  9. PUT THE FILLING ON THE PANEER AND COVER IT WITH ANOTHER TRIANGULAR PANEER
  10. MAKE CORNFLOUR PASTE WITH 1CUP CORNFLOUR AND 1/2 CUP WATER
  11. HEAT OIL IN A PAN. DIP THE STUFFED PANEER PIECES IN THE CORNFLOUR PASTE AND DEEP FRY IT
  12. TAKE OUT WHEN SLIGHTLY RED ON BOTH SIDES
  13. HEAT OIL IN A WOK AND BROWN 2 SLICED ONIONS
  14. TAKE OUT WHEN GOLDEN AND GRIND IT WITH HALF CUP FRESH CURD
  15. GRIND FINELY INTO A PASTE
  16. GRAVY INGREDIENTS
  17. HEAT 1/2 CUP OIL IN A WOK AND ADD 1TSP JEERA.WHEN IT SPLUTTERS ADD TOMATO PASTE
  18. ADD 1TBSP GINGER GARLIC PASTE, 1/2TSP RED CHILLI POWDER, 1/4TSP HALDI POWDER, 1TSP CORIANDER POWDER
  19. WHEN OIL LEAVES THE SIDES OF WOK ADD ONION PASTE
  20. ADD 1/4CUP TOMATO SAUCE AND COOK ON SLOW HEAT TILL IT LEAVES OIL
  21. ADD 2CUP WATER IN THE PASTE AND MAKE A MEDIUM CONSISTENCY GRAVY
  22. ADD 1TSP SUGAR AND 1TSP SALT
  23. ADD 1/2 CUP FRESH CREAM
  24. NOW ADD FRIED PANEER PIECES AND AND COOK ON SLOW HEAT COVERED FOR 15MINUTES
