  1. one head medium size cauliflower
  2. 1 egg
  3. 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese
  4. 1/4 cup cheddar cheese
  5. Half teaspoon oregano
  6. 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  7. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  8. half teaspoon dried Italian herbs
  9. for toppings
  10. 2 Tbsp Pizza Sauce
  11. 1/4 tsp oregano
  12. 1/4 tsp dried italian herbs
  13. 1/2 cup mix of cheddar and mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. RICE THE CAULIFLOWER IN A BLENDER. DONT MAKE A PASTE
  2. MICROWAVE HIGH FOR 8 MINUTES, UNTIL IT IS COOKED
  3. TRANSFER TO A KITCHEN TOWEL
  4. SQUEEZE OUT ALL THE MOISTURE
  5. ADD ALL THE SPICES
  6. ADD IN THE CHEESE
  7. ADD SLIGHTLY BEATEN EGG, MIX AND MAKE A DOUGH
  8. MAKE A DOUGH AND PLACE IT ON A GREASED BAKING DISH ON A PARCHMENT PAPER
  9. MAKE A CIRCULAR SHAPE AND BAKE IT FOR 10 MINUTES AT 180 DEGREE IN A PRE HEATED OVEN
  10. BASE IS READY, TAKE OUT FROM OVEN AND QUICKLY APPLY PIZZA SAUCE
  11. SPRINKLE CHEESE
  12. ADD CAPSICUM AND SPICES AND AGAIN BAKE FOR 12 MINUTES ON 180 DEGREES
  13. OUR HEALTHY CAULIFLOWER CHEESE BURST PIZZA IS READY
  14. CUT DIAGONALLY VAND SERVE HOT
