Ingredients: Brown Bread slices 7; Yellow bell pepper 1; Green bell pepper 1; Mozzarella shredded cheese 1 cup or as required; butter 1 tablespoon; Homemade Pizza sauce :; Red big tomato 1; Onion medium 1; Garlic Cloves 5; Olive Oil 4 tablespoons; Salt 1/2 teaspoon or as preferred; Soy sauce 1 teaspoon; Jalapeño paste 1 teaspoon; Red chillies 3 chillies; brown sugar 1 teaspoon; Oregano 1.5 teaspoon; Dried thyme 3/4 teaspoon; Other Ingredients :; Water for sealing

Brown Bread slices 7
Yellow bell pepper 1
Green bell pepper 1
Mozzarella shredded cheese 1 cup or as required
butter 1 tablespoon
Homemade Pizza sauce :
Red big tomato 1
Onion medium 1
Garlic Cloves 5
Olive Oil 4 tablespoons
Salt 1/2 teaspoon or as preferred
Soy sauce 1 teaspoon
Jalapeño paste 1 teaspoon
Red chillies 3 chillies
brown sugar 1 teaspoon
Oregano 1.5 teaspoon
Dried thyme 3/4 teaspoon
Other Ingredients :
Water for sealing

Instructions

Trim the sides of the brown bread slices .
I have taken 7 trimmed brown bread slices .
Boil 1 large red tomato , 3 red chillies , 1 medium onion for 5 minutes in high . Cool the mixture
Blend skin peeled tomato , other boiled ingredients, tsp brown sugar, salt to a smooth sauce .
Add 4 tbs olive oil, 1 teaspoon soy sauce, oregano, dried thyme,jalapeño paste to the sauce .
Press bread slices flat with fingers or rolling pin .
Spread prepared pizza sauce on the pressed bread slice .
Arrange bell pepper strips on the spread sauce as shown .
Add generous shredded mozzarella cheese .
Start rolling the bread from down to up as shown with both hands .
Seal the edges , sides of the roll ups by applying little water .
Place the roll ups on a butter greased grilled pan . Slow grill in low heat
Flip sides for even grilling .
Cheesy Breadizza roll ups are ready to serve .
Serve hot . Relish this lip snacking roll ups .
