  2. FILLING

Instructions

  1. SOAK 50 GRMS KAJU
  2. ADD 2 TBSP KHASKHAS &LET IT SOAK FOR 1 HR IN WARM WATER
  3. TAKE 3 TBSP MUSTARD OIL &ADD 1 TSP ZEERA
  4. ADD 2 BAY LEAVES
  5. GRIND 2 ONIONS,1INCH PC GINGER AND 2 GREEN CHILLIES INTO A PASTE &ADD THAT IN THE OIL
  6. SAUTE THE ONION PASTE TILL PINK
  7. ADD 1 TSP EACH HALDI,DHANIA,ZEERA,CHILLIE PWDR &SALT
  8. GRIND 3 TOMATOES TO FINE PUREE,ADD THAT IN OUR ONION GRAVY
  9. COOK TILL OIL SEPARATES
  10. GRIND THE KAJU,KHASKHAS TO A FONE PASTE &ADD IT TO OUR GRAVY
  11. MIX
  12. ADD 1 CUP WATER
  13. COVER & LET OUR GRAVY COOK FOR 10 TO 15 MINS OR TILL OIL SEPARATES
  14. FOR FILLING:TAKE 1 TBSP EACH SLICED ALMONDS,PISTACHIO, CHOPPED RASINS & 2 TBSP FINELY CHOPPED DHANIA
  15. TAKE PANEER AND CUT INTO CUBES &PUT OUR FILLING
  16. COVER THE FILLING WITH ANOTHER LAYER OF PANEER.(MAKE THIN SQUARES)
  17. TAKE 1 TBSP FLOUR &CORNFLOUR AND 1/4 CUP WATER AND MAKE A SLURRY
  18. DIP OUR PANEER SANDWICHES IN THE SLURRY
  19. FRY THE SANDWICHES TO GOLDEN BROWN ON BOTH SIDES
  20. SERVE OUR GRAVY ON OUR SERVING PLATE & PLACE THE PANEER SANDWICHES OVER THE GRAVY
