Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 250 grams paneer (cottage cheese)
  2. 1 chopped onion
  3. 2 chopped tomatoes
  4. 1 tsp cumin seeds
  5. 1/4 tsp kasoori methi (dried fenugreek leaves)
  6. 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  7. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  8. salt to taste
  9. 2 tbsp oil
  10. 2 tbsp fresh coriander leaves

Instructions

  1. HEAT 2 TBSP OIL
  2. ADD 1 TSP CUMIN SEEDS
  3. ADD 1 CHOPPED ONION
  4. SAUTE FOR FEW MINUTES
  5. ADD 1/2 CUP CHOPPED TOMATO
  6. SAUTE FOR FEW MINUTES AND ADD 1/2 TSP RED CHILLI POWDER, SALT AND 1/4 TSP TURMERIC POWDER
  7. SAUTE FOR A MINUTE
  8. ADD 250 GMS MASHED PANEER AND MIX NICELY AND SAUTE
  9. ADD FRESHLY CHOPPED CORIANDER LEAVES AND MIX AND LET IT COOK FOR 2 MINUTES
  10. SPRINKLE 1/2 TSP KITCHEN KING MASALA POWDER AND MIX
  11. TRANSFER TO A BOWL AND SPRINKLE 1/4 TSP KASOORI METHI, MIX AND SERVE HOT WITH PARANTHAS
