Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Milk 1/2 ltr
  2. vinegar 1 tsp
  3. Bell peppers 1 /4 pc each
  4. salt to taste
  5. Chillie pwdr 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. HEAT 500 ML MILK, ADD 1 TSP VINEGAR
  2. STIR & SIMMER FOR 2 MINS, THE MILK WILL START TO CURDLE
  3. ADD 1 CHOPPED GREEN CHILLI, 1 TSP GINGER- GARLIC PASTE
  4. ADD 1/4 CUP EACH OF CHOPPED TRI-COLOURED BELL PEPPERS
  5. ADD SALT TO TASTE, 1 TSP RED CHILLI POWDER
  6. ADD 1/4 TSP GARAM MASALA POWDER, MIX WELL & TAKE OFF HEAT
  7. POUR THE MIXTURE INTO A MUSLIN CLOTH
  8. TIE A KNOT, SQUEEZE OUT THE EXCESS WATER
  9. THE MASALA PANEER IS READY
  10. SLICE IT INTO RECTANGLES, SHALLOW FRY IN HOT OIL UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN FROM BOTH SIDES
  11. SERVE WITH KETCHUP, TRY IT, IT'S A DELICIOUS & HEALTHY SNACK
