  1. Milk 1ltr
  2. vinegar 1 tsp
  3. cardamom 4 to 5
  4. kesar a few strands
  5. Corn flour 1.5 tbsp
  6. Puree ghee 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. IN 1 LTR MILK ADD 1 TSP VINEGAR
  2. MILK WILL CURDLE
  3. TIE A KNOT & REMOVE EXCESS WATER MAY TAKE 12 TO 20 MINS.
  4. MEANWHILE MAKE THE SUGAR SYRUP.TAKE 1 CUP SUGAR
  5. ADD 250 ML WATER TO IT
  6. ADD 2 CARDAMOM
  7. ADD A PINCH OF KESAR
  8. THE SYRUP SHOULD BE THICK & 2 STRAND CONSISTENCY
  9. REMOVE THE PANEER FRM THE MUSLIN CLOTH
  10. ADD 4 TO 5 CRUSHED CARDOMONSA
  11. ADD 4 TO 5 CARDOMOMS
  12. START MASHING THE PANEER
  13. RUB IT WITH YOUR HANDS TO MAKE IT SOFT
  14. WITH THE HELP OF UR PALMS PRESS AND KNEAD
  15. THE PANNER DOUGH WILL START TO FORM A SHAPE NOW
  16. MAKE SMALL BALLS AND PLACE THEM ON THE MUSLIN CLOTH AND FLATTEN THEM
  17. MAKE ROUND DISC NOT VERY THICK OR VERY THIN
  18. HEAT PURE GHEE AND FRY THE MALPUA 1 AT A TIME
  19. FRY TILL GOLDEN IN COLOUR & TURN
  20. DIP THE HOT MALPUA IN THE SUGAR SYRUP WE PREPARED
  21. GARNISH WITH SOME SILVERED NUTS
  22. ENJOY THEM HOT HOT WITH RABDI
