Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Left over chapatis 3
  2. Eggs 3(1 each for 1 calzone)
  3. Salt & pepper acc to taste
  4. Cheese slice 1 each for 1 calzone
  5. Bell peppers all 3 sliced

Instructions

  1. TAKE 3 EGGS, ADD SALT & PEPPER TO TASTE, 1 TBSP MILK, WHISK
  2. HEAT 1 TSP GHEE IN A NONSTICK PAN, POUR SOME OF THE EGG MIX
  3. COOK FOR 30-40 SECONDS ON SLOW-MEDIUM HEAT, PLACE A ROTI ON TOP
  4. APPLY 1 TSP GHEE ON TOP
  5. FLIP, ADD A FEW SLICED TRI-COLOURED BELL PEPPERS ON ONE SIDE, 1 CHEESE SLICE, 1/8 TSP MIXED HERBS
  6. FOLD THE ROTI
  7. GRILL FROM BOTH SIDES TILL GOLDEN BROWN & CRISP
  8. TRY IT, IT'S YUM
