Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 steamed grated beetroot
  2. 2 boiled potatoes
  3. half cup mashed Paneer
  4. one fourth Cup boiled corn
  5. 1 cup rolled oats
  6. one teaspoon amchoor powder
  7. 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  8. half teaspoon Garam Masala
  9. half teaspoon roasted cumin powder
  10. one teaspoon lemon juice
  11. salt to taste
  12. one tablespoon oil for Shallow frying

Instructions

  1. TAKE 1 CUP STEAMED, GRATED BEETROOT, ADD 2 BOILED, GRATED POTATOES
  2. ADD 1 CHOPPED ONION, 1/2 CUP MASHED COTTAGE CHEESE
  3. ADD 1 TBSP GINGER-GARLIC PASTE, 1 TSP CHOPPED GREEN CHILLIES
  4. ADD 1 CUP ROLLED OATS, 1 TBSP CHOPPED FRESH CORIANDER LEAVES
  5. ADD 1 TSP AMCHUR, 1/2 TSP EACH OF GARAM MASALA & ROASTED CUMIN, 1 TSP RED CHILLI POWDER, SALT
  6. ADD 1 TSP LEMON JUICE, MIX WELL
  7. ADD 1/4 CUP STEAMED SWEET CORN
  8. SHAPE KEBABS OUT OF THE READY MIX WITH OIL- GREASED PALMS
  9. GET ALL THE KEBABS READY
  10. SHALLOW FRY IN A NONSTICK PAN IN 1 TBSP OIL
  11. FLIP & FRY UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN & CRISP FROM BOTH SIDES
  12. THE KEBABS ARE READY, SERVE HOT WITH CHUTNEY OR KETCHUP
