Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup soaked rice
  2. 1/2 cup paneer cubes
  3. 1/2 cup soya nuggets soaked in hot water
  4. 1 chopped onion
  5. 1 chopped tomato
  6. 1 bay leaf
  7. 1 tsp cumin seeds
  8. 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
  9. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. IN PRESSURE COOKER HEAT 1 TBSP OIL AND ADD 1 BAY LEAF AND 1 TSP CUMIN SEEDS
  2. ADD 1 CHOPPED ONION AND SAUTE TILL TRANSPARENT
  3. ADD 1 CHOPPED TOMATO AND SAUTE FOR FEW MINUTES
  4. ADD SALT, 1/2 TSP RED CHILLI POWDER
  5. ADD 1/2 CUP SOYA NUGGETS SOAKED IN HOT WATER FOR 10 MINUTES
  6. ADD 1/2 CUP CUBES OF PANEER
  7. ADD 1/2 TSP GARAM MASALA AND MIX
  8. ADD 1 CUP RICE, SOAKED IN 2 CUPS OF WATER FOR 10 MINUTES
  9. MIX AND PRESSURE COOK FOR 2 WHISTLES
  10. PULAO IS READY, SERVE HOT WITH RAITA
