Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. oil
  2. spinach 1 bunch
  3. 1 onion sliced
  4. 2 tomatoes chopped
  5. Gg paste

Instructions

  1. TAKE 2 TBSP OIL & ADD 1 TSP WHOLE CUMIN
  2. ADD 1 SLICED ONION
  3. WHEN THE ONIONS TURN PINK,ADD 1 GREEN CHILLIE
  4. ONCE THE ONION TURN GOLDEN ADD 1 TBSP GINGER GARLIC PASTE
  5. ADD 1 TSP DHANIA,ZEERA,CHILLIE & HALDI PWDR
  6. MIX
  7. ADD 2 CHOPPED TOMATOES & COOKED ON HIGH HEAT FOR 5 MINS TILL OIL SEPARATES
  8. ADD 1 BUNCH SPINACH LEAVES
  9. SAUTE AND COOK THE SPINACH
  10. ONCW THE MIX IS COOL,GRIND THE MIX TO A COARSE PUREE
  11. IN THE SAME PAN ADD THE PUREE
  12. ADJUST THE SALT
  13. ADD 100 GRMS PANEER CUBES(DO NOT FRY THE PANEER)
  14. COVER AND COOK FOR 10 MINS
