Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Ripe bananas 2
  2. Wheat flour 1& 1/2 cup
  3. Olive oil 1/2 cup
  4. Sugar 1/2 cup
  5. Choco chips 2 tbsp
  6. Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  7. Baking powder 1 &1/2 tsp
  8. Baking soda 1/2 tsp
  9. Milk as needed

Instructions

  1. TAKE 2 RIPE BANANAS AND MAKE PIECES.
  2. MASH THESE WITH FORK.
  3. ADD HALF CUP SUGAR TO MASHED BANANAS AND MIX WELL.
  4. ADD HALF CUP OLIVE OIL AND A TSP OF VANILLA ESSENCE.MIX WELL.
  5. SIEVE 1 AND HALF CUP WHEAT FLOUR,1&1/2 TSP BAKING POWDER AND 1/2 TSP BAKING SODA.
  6. ADD THE SIEVED MIX TO LIQUID INGREDIENTS AND MIX BY CUT AND FOLD METHOD.
  7. ADD 2 TBSP MILK TO ADJUST CONSISTENCY.
  8. TAKE A GREASED MOULD AND POUR THE BATTER.
  9. TAP AND SPREAD BATTER EVENLY.
  10. SPRINKLE CHOCOCHIPS ALL OVER.
  11. KEEP TO BAKE IN A PREHEATED OVEN FOR 25 MINUTES AT 180 DEGREES C.
  12. OUR BANANA BREAD IS READY.
  13. CHECK WITH A TOOTHPICK OR KNIFE.
  14. PERFECTLY BAKED AND SOFT BANANA BREAD IS READY.
  15. CUT INTO PIECES AND SERVE WITH TEA,COFFEE OR MILK.
