  6. 1 spoon baking powder
  7. ghee for greasing
  8. Cherry and pee nuts for garnishing

  1. INGREDIENTS - 1. 250GM PONEER 2. 1 BOWL POWDERED SUGAR 3. HALF SPOON CARDAMOMS POWDER 4. 2 SPOON PEE NUTS 5. 2 SPOON RAISINS 6. 1 SPOON BAKING POWDER 7. GHEE FOR GREASING 8.CHERRY AND PEE NUTS FOR GARNISHING
  2. TAKE PONEER AND KNEAD VERY WELL BY THE USE OF HAND
  3. NOW 1 BOWL POWDERED SUGAR ADD .
  4. ADD HALF SPOON CARDAMOMS POWDER
  5. 2 SPOON PEE NUTS ARE ADDED
  6. 2 SPOON RAISINS ARE ADDED
  7. ADD 1 SPOON BAKING POWDER
  8. ALL INGREDIENTS MIX WELL BY THE HELP OF HAND.
  9. USE PALM AND KNEAD VERY WELL
  10. NOW IT IS READY FOR COOKING
  11. NOW GREASE THE GHEE IN TIFFIN BOX
  12. FILL THE GREASING TIFFIN BOX WITH THE PONEER MIXTURE
  13. NOW TAKE WATER IN A PAN
  14. BOIL THE WATER
  15. PUT THE TIFFIN BOX IN WARM WATER OF PAN
  16. COVER IT FOR 30 MINUTES IN LOW FLAME
  17. AFTER 30 MINUTES OPEN THE LID
  18. NOW TIFFIN BOX IS REMOVE FROM WARM WATER
  19. KEEP THE TIFFIN BOX ON A DISH
  20. A SERVING DISH PUT ON IT
  21. TURN UPSIDE DOWN
  22. NOW READY PONEER CAKE
  23. CUT THE CAKE WITH KNIFE
  24. GARNISH THE CAKE WITH CHERRY AND PEE NUTS
  25. NOW PONEER CAKE IS READY FOR SERVE
