  1. Quarter cup tomato chutney
  2. 4 laddle of regular dosa batter
  3. Some grated carrot

Instructions

  1. TAKE A SPICY TOMATO CHUTNEY- QUARTER CUP
  2. ADD 3-4 LADDLE FULL OF THE REGULAR DOSA BATTER.
  3. ADD A TBSP GRATED CARROT
  4. BLEND EVERYTHING TOGETHER
  5. ONTO THE DOSA TAWA, POUR A LADDLE OF THIS CHUTNEY BATTER AND OIL APPROPRIATELY. SHOULD BE THICK AS REQD FOR UTHAPAM
  6. SPRINKLE AGAIN A TBSP OF CARROT UPON THE UTHAPAM
  7. FLIP ONTO THE OTHER SIDE. LET COOK WELL.
  8. SERVE ON TO THE SERVING DISH, AND SPRINKLE SOME ' IDLI PODI '.. SERVE HOT.
