Instructions

  1. IN 80 GRMS BUTTER ADD 3/4 CUP SUGAR AND CREAM IT
  2. ADD 1 EGG YOLK & CREAM
  3. SIMILARLY AT EGG 1 AT A TIME IN ALL ADD 2 EGG YOLKS AND 2 WHOLE EGGS.ADD 1 TBSP VANILLA EXTRACT TOO
  4. ONCE THE BATTER IS CREAMY ADD FLOUR 1 TBSP AT A TIME+MILK(FLOUR 1.1/4 CUP+1TBSP BP+1/2CUP MILK)
  5. FOLLOW THE CUT & FOLD METHOD.USR ALL THE FLOUR & MILK. THE BATTER SHOULD BE RIBBON COBSISTENCY
  6. POUR THE BATTER
  7. MAKE SURE THE PAN IS WELL GREASED
  8. BAKE IN A PREHEATED OVEN AT 180DEGREES C FOR 40 TO 45 MINS OR TILL TOOTHPICKINSERTEDCOMES OUT CLEAN
  9. OUR VANILLA CAKE IA READY
  10. MAKE STRONG COFFEE WITH 2 TBSP COFFEE PWDR + 1/2 CUP WATER
  11. ONCE DONE LET IT COOL
  12. TAKE 3 EGG YOLKS AND ADD 3 TBSP SUGAR
  13. ON A DOUBLE BOILER , PUT THE YOLKS & MAKE THE CUSTARD BY WHISKING IT
  14. WHISK CONTINUOUSLY SO NO LUMPS R FORMED
  15. IT WILL CHANGE IT'S COLOR
  16. TAKE PANEER& ADD 5 TBSP SUGAR
  17. WHISK IT TILL SMOOTH
  18. LIKE THIS
  19. IN OUR CHEESE MIX, ADD THE YOLK CUSTARD
  20. AND WHISK
  21. CUT OUR CAKE INTO 2 TO 3 LAYERS.PLACE 1 LAYER AT BOTTOM
  22. PIT LADY FINGER BISCUITS ALL AROUND.
  23. POUR THE COFFEE LIQUID.AROUND 4 TO 5 TSPS
  24. POUR THE CREAM OVER IT
  25. SPREAD AND REPEAT THE PROCESS TILL THE ENTIRE CAKE &CUSTARD IS USED UP
  26. TAKE 1 TBSP COCO PWDR IN A SEIVE AND SPRINKLE OVER THE TIRAMISU
